互联网的职场红利已经没了

最近我接触到的一些职场招聘相关的消息给大家透漏下:

很多读者和球友,给我发消息,向我诉苦说,投了很多简历,但是都没有回应...

还有不少读者给我反馈,之前校招拿到了 offer,但是入职的时候,莫名其妙试用期被延长到半年,还有直接再让实习一段时间,更有甚者,直接强势扔出一句话,之前招聘的团队解散了,现在又不招了...

有圈内创业朋友告诉我,他这种创业公司,以前招人,基本没人理会的,尤其那种高端人才更不会考虑,但是最近,竟然可以收到不少高端人才的简历,他很欣喜。

......

类似的消息,最近我获得的特别多,以前我说的其实还没那么直接,但是今天就直接点吧,归根结底就一条,很多人还没认清一个现实,互联网的职场红利已经没了。

啥是职场红利?

几年前,你随便去培训下,半吊子水平,甚至半吊子都不算,有点基础,能吃苦,愿意学,可能找到一份工作根本不难,然后边学边干,慢慢来。

但是现在,别说你半吊子水平了,专业能力只是最基本的,年龄是不是太大了?有家庭没有?能接受 996 没?能接受没有年终奖没......

真的不夸张,现在就是这种情况。

我有一些 BAT 的朋友,前一阵跟他们聊,内部都在推行年轻化,很多人都瑟瑟发抖不敢乱跳,然后他们告诉我一个比较真实的是,如果他们现在出去,再想进来基本没戏了,年龄、能力都跟不上,而且他们还说,如果以现在的招聘要求来对待,当年的他们想加入基本也没戏。

你们有没有发现?是不是很久没看到一些平台大战了?当年的O2O 大战、打车大战、共享单车大战、支付大战、生鲜大战等等等,现在似乎平静太多了,似乎都不是我们熟悉的互联网了。

仔细想来,互联网不平静,经常有大战是好事,大家攻城略地,一定是对人才有巨大的需求,说明这个市场火热,有戏,不然谁愿意烧钱呢。

但是现在,互联网已非常普及,能触达的用户基本都触达了,增长已达瓶颈,业绩收入又上不去,别说招人了,之前为了快速开疆拓土招来的人都没充分发挥呢,而那批人中,扪心自问,有多少是踩着职场红利入职的?

所以,最近招聘职场有两个极端,拿不到 offer 的人,无论投递多少,都很难拿到 offer,而拿到 offer 的人,一般通常会拿到很多,然后陷入选择纠结症中。

本质上就是,现在市场对人才的要求更高了,真正有实力的人才,大家都抢着要,而综合实力一般的,就比较难拿到 offer。这里综合实力,涉及到专业技能、薪资要求、年龄等等,有很多人,也许你专业技能很强,但是年纪大了,薪资要求又高,同样企业不喜欢这样的人,而那些专业技能不过关的,就更不用说了。

所以,外面的人我就不管了,也管不着,但我是想告诫下关注我的读者们,职场红利没了,别用以往的惯性思维来做事了,要有危机意识,要注重硬实力,别想着混日子,那些前几年混日子的人,现在可能很快就混不下去了,主动加加班,要让公司看到自己的态度,别随意裸辞,最好还要培养点影响力,这点我几年前就说了,直到最近很多人才意识到影响力的重要性。

我知道有人会关心,这种环境大概会持续多久,说实话,我个人不太乐观,趋势一旦形成,短时间内很难扭转,建议大家做好长期奋战的准备。
